At Kycker, all products (singles, albums etc) must be delivered with artwork. Our system allows any image which is anywhere from 2000x2000 – 6000x6000 pixels, and uploaded as a JPG/Jpeg format.
If your artwork doesn’t match this specification, our system won’t allow the track to be processed. If you need to re format your image, you can use online tools to convert your image to fit. We recommend Canva, which is a free and easy to use platform (and legitimate!)
If your artwork contains any of the below errors below it will be rejected:
- Blurry or pixelated (low quality)
- Any text except for artist names and/or the name of the release
- Social media logos or handle
- Streaming platform logos (i.e Apple, Spotify)
- Website links or brands
- Misuse of the Parental Advisory sticker - you CANNOT add text or change the color of the Parental Advisory sticker
- Barcodes or QR Codes
- Not adding a featured artist name or primary artist if they are mentioned in the metadata
- Borders that do not include any text/ are not incorporated into the artwork
If your cover art includes any of the items mentioned above, we will be required to reject your release. These guidelines are established by the music platforms, and we must adhere to them.
