If your sound is muted on Tik Tok this can be due to a couple of reasons!
.) You have uploaded a video that contain over 1 minute of licensed audio. Any audio over 1 minute will be blocked per TikTok's license agreement.
.) You have created a video from a user-generated sound that is longer than 60 seconds. If a video is shorter than 1 minute but linked to a sound that is longer than 60 seconds, it will be blocked. To fix this, you can repost making sure the sound in the video is no longer than 60 seconds.
.) Your release has not been released on Tik Tok yet. If any specific launch dates were delivered to TikTok they may not have been delivered yet. Please allow up 48 hours after confirmation of delivery. If your track has still not been delivered, please raise a ticket in Zendesk.
.) Your TikTok account is set up as a business account rather than as a personal account. If you account is under a business account rather than a personal account this can also mute your sound. If this is the case, change your account settings to a personal account and this should clear up the issue!
