Digital Service Providers (Spotify, Apple, Amazon etc) pay in arrears of around 4 months for your streams. So when you see your streaming numbers go up it will take a while for the money generate to reach your pocket!
Once we receive the payment we have to ingest the information into the system and process it into your account, which takes up to a couple of weeks. Once these have been received and processed, your outstanding balance should appear in your finances tab. At the end of each quarter we process the payments.
For example, anything you earn in April you will only see this in July as this works on a 3 month backlog.
In the finances tab of your account the next payment date will be shown. If your balance is above £50, you are able to make a withdrawal request. This will alert our finance team that you want to make a withdrawal at the next payment date and we will process it for you.
