Why is my release not showing in the PPL database?

 

Neighboring rights may take some time to appear in PPL's system.

Since neighboring rights are managed globally—not just by PPL, which is based in the UK—it can take up to three months for the information to show up.

While it’s possible to upload this data directly to PPL’s system, we recommend waiting for it to sync automatically from our database. Their system can be challenging to navigate and is not very user-friendly.

If your release hasn’t appeared after three months, please submit a ticket in Zendesk, and we’ll investigate the issue for you.
