What is a Tunecode?
A tunecode is a unique eight-character identifier (combining numbers and letters) assigned by PRS for Music to musical works upon registration. It is specifically used to track performances, identify works, and ensure accurate royalty payments to creators
How do I get one on Kycker?
To get a Tunecode you must first Publish your track on Kycker. You can do this by going to the publishing section on your dashboard.
Once tracks have been registered, they will be allocated a Tunecode from PRS. This can take up to 3-5 days but is usually quicker. If you are a PRS member and have added your CAE number, the tracks will appear on your PRS account.
