Smartlinks/ pre-saves collects data which can help support your release campaign. This can be shared with the relevant artist upon request via Zendesk. This includes information such as:
- Total Pre-saves
- Total Visits
- Unique Users
- Clicks to Service
- Countries
Pre-saves also include an Email Marketing subscription option, which allows fans to opt in to the artists' mailing list. KYCKER can share this information with the relevant artist. Please note: we cannot share any emails of those who have not opted in/ subscribed to Email Marketing.
