If you find that you haven't received your smartlink before releases day the main reason will be that you did not claim your Spotify artist account that we created for you.
If you joined KYCKER without a Apple or Spotify account we make you one for free! Once an account has been created you will receive an automatic email from us that allows you to claim your account. Without this claim we cannot create you a smartlink.
You must manually request a smartlink to be generated for you. To do so, select 'Do you want a smart link for this release?' when submitting your release. See below:
