How long does it take to receive a Smartlink?

We generate Smartlinks everyday, after you submit your release to us we will aim to issue you with a Smartlink in 12-72 hours. 

Please note: you must manually request a smartlink when submitting your release, by selecting 'Do you want a smart link for this release?'. This will notify KYCKER to generate a link for you. 

However, if you have not claimed your Spotify account we will not be able to send you a Smartlink. If KYCKER set up your Spotify account, please check your emails to claim your Spotify Account.
