Below are a few ways KYCKER lets you claim revenue streams!
Streaming
When your music is played on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music or any other streaming site, you generate streaming royalties.
This is the money that is divided up by the streaming service and paid out to all artists based on how many streams they have had and the value of each stream.
Publishing
Publishing royalties relate to the song as it is written.
When your music is played anywhere it generates publishing royalties. Whether this is you playing it live, someone else playing it, radio, shops and clubs etc. It will generate publishing royalties that are collected through Performing Rights Organizations.
MCPS
Mechanical Rights refer to the song as it is reproduced.
These rights are collected when your music is printed onto CD, cassette or vinyl (or any physical media). They also collect when your music is played on TV, movies or streamed content.
Neighboring Rights (Master Rights)
Neighboring, or Master, Rights refer to the song as it is recorded.
Neighboring rights are the payments for the holder of the master rights for a recording and for the performers on the recording.
Sync
Sync is when your music is synchronized to TV, film, games or streamed content. It isn’t its own revenue, rather it is split equally between the master rights holders and the publishing rights holders.
