Occasionally, your music can get lost on the way! Even if we have supplied Spotify with the correct artist identifiers. If this happens there's a few things to check before getting in touch with us!
Release date – Ensure that your release date and time correct and it is past the original release date
Territories – Check that your release is marked as delivered to the territories you want it delivered. Please note that some territories do not allow music from outside their countries due to war or religious beliefs
Correct Metadata – Check that all your Metadata you’ve submitted is correct and that there are no spelling errors or missing information that could halt this process
Explicit Content – If your track contains Explicit content, please ensure it is marked as explicit. Alternately, if your track is not explicit please ensure it is marked as non-explicit. This mix-up can cause your track to be rejected from platforms
Incorrect Label – If you have put your track down as a single but it is an Album this can cause the streaming sites to reject you
If you have checked the following problems and none of these apply to you, please contact us through Zendesk where a member of our team will help fix your issue!
