If you try to upload a track through our distribution system and it gets rejected, it is usually because the audio file isn’t in the correct format or there is an error within the WAV itself. You will receive an email outlining the rejection reason with amendment recommendations.

To re-upload the amended audio:
- Head to your Kycker account
- Go to the 'My Music' tab and select the relevant release
- Click the 'Edit' button next to the track
- Head to 'Audio' and re-upload your amended file
- 'Save' and re-submit for approval
