From time to time, music can get put on the incorrect profile. This is known as a Mapping Issue.
If your music appears on the incorrect artist profile, it can be due to a couple of reason:
- You haven't claimed your artist account.
- An artist has the same name as you
- Streaming service error
If this has happened to you please raise a ticket in Zendesk and supply the following information so we can amend this for you
- Name of the service your track is incorrectly appearing on (Spotify, Apple Music etc),
- The CORRECT URL of your profile
- The INCORRECR URL profile (the one the track will currently be showing on)
- The UPC of the song
