If your artwork has been rejected, you will receive an email with the rejection reason outlining the amendments that must be made. Streaming platforms often follow strict guidelines regarding what artwork they will accept for distribution. Artwork can be rejected for a number of reasons from copyrighted content, advisory stickers, borders, mismatched metadata and more. Please see our Artwork Guidelines for more information.
Amend your artwork accordingly and resubmit:
- Head to your Kycker Account
- Select the 'My Music' tab and choose the relevant release
- Upload your amended artwork
- Resubmit for review
